1 Purpose of the National Petition
The Naya Nizam platform is a non-violent, peaceful civic initiative designed to aggregate citizen consensus for constitutional reforms, including the creation of 12 to 15 administrative provinces, a directly elected presidential system, and transparent digital public administration.
2 Citizen Eligibility
Participation is open to all Pakistani citizens residing within Pakistan or living abroad as Overseas Pakistanis. By signing, you affirm that you are a genuine citizen acting on your own voluntary free will.
3 Integrity of Endorsements
Signatories agree to provide accurate information. Submitting fraudulent identities, using fake CNIC numbers, or attempting multiple duplicate registrations under another person's name is strictly prohibited.
4 Anti-Bot & Abuse Policy
Automated scripts, web scrapers, denial-of-service attempts, or bot-driven form submissions are strictly forbidden. The platform employs rate-limiting and cryptographic integrity checks to safeguard the national ledger.
